Magid Magid, photographed during his time as Green Party Lord Mayor of Sheffield, and ahead of him becoming an MEP and author.

Magid is of Somalian heritage arrived in Sheffield age 6 as a refugee, fleeing war. He was the first Black Muslim Lord Mayor in Sheffield, the first Green Party Lord Mayor and went on to become an MEP for the Green Party.
